The Scent

A rich, sunny honey and tobacco scent inspired by the citrus groves of Sicily. Lavender, bergamot, and lemon open bright, then honey, cinnamon, cashmeran, and jasmine move in, resting on tobacco leaf, vanilla, and tonka bean. Warm, sweet, and a little sun-kissed, it's a genuinely distinctive scent that manages to feel both cozy and elegant. A great pick for evenings, dates, and special occasions, especially once the weather cools down.

Worth Knowing

It's part of Xerjoff's 1861 Collection, created to mark the 150th anniversary of Italy's unification, and it's named for Giardini Naxos, a seaside town in Sicily built on the site of the island's first Greek settlement.

Where It Came From

Released in 2015 as part of the 1861 Collection, it's gone on to become one of the house's most consistently popular releases.

About Xerjoff

Sergio Momo and Dominique Salvo founded Xerjoff in Turin, Italy, in 2007. The name comes from a nickname for Momo, "Joff," given by his Slavic grandmother and later extended by English colleagues to "Sir Joff." Momo trained in perfumery in Grasse before launching the brand, and Xerjoff quickly became known for elaborate, art-inspired bottles and rich, opulent compositions. The house later revived Casamorati, a historic Italian perfume line originally founded in Bologna in 1888, and today Xerjoff sells more than 180 fragrances in over 125 countries.
