1. SITE OPERATOR

The website atelierelemental.ca (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Atelier Elemental Trading Corp., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, with its principal place of business in Regina, Saskatchewan (“AE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “Atelier Elemental” is the operating name under which Atelier Elemental Trading Corp. carries on business. Our contact details are set out in Section 12.

2. TRADEMARKS AND BRAND NON-AFFILIATION

Atelier Elemental is an independent retailer of fragrance decants. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or otherwise connected to any fragrance brand, house, manufacturer, or distributor. Third-party brand names, fragrance names, and trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the genuine products from which our decants are drawn, as further described in Section 3 of our Terms of Service. The Atelier Elemental name and associated branding are the property of Atelier Elemental Trading Corp.

3. COPYRIGHT

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of the Site — including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, and layout — is owned by AE or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. © 2026 Atelier Elemental Trading Corp. All rights reserved. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction, distribution, or use requires our prior written consent.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONCERNS

AE respects intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us using the details in Section 12 and include:

  • identification of the trademark, work, or other right concerned;

  • the URL or location of the material on the Site to which your concern relates;

  • your name, organization, and contact details; and

  • a description of the basis of your concern.

We review notices of this kind promptly and will respond, and where appropriate act, without undue delay.

5. INFORMATIONAL CONTENT; NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The content of the Site is provided for general information about our products and services. Although we take care to keep content accurate and current, the Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in product descriptions, availability, and pricing, and we may correct or update content at any time. Pricing and product-information errors affecting orders are addressed in Section 6 of our Terms of Service. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, dermatological, or other professional advice; safe use and storage information for our products is set out in Section 5 of our Terms of Service.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. A link does not imply our endorsement.

7. GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

Purchases made through the Site are governed by our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy, each as posted on the Site. If this Legal Notice conflicts with any of those documents on its specific subject matter, that document governs.

8. NOTICES TO AE

Formal notices to AE must be delivered in writing to the mailing address or the email address set out in Section 12. A notice is deemed received on the next business day after transmission if sent by email, and five (5) business days after posting if sent by mail.

9. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Legal Notice limits, excludes, or modifies any right or remedy you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement. If anything in this Legal Notice is inconsistent with such a right or remedy, the right or remedy prevails.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. This section does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

11. UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this Legal Notice from time to time. The current version, identified by the effective date above, is the version in force.

13. LANGUAGE OF THIS NOTICE

This Legal Notice is provided in both English and French. For consumers resident in Quebec, the French version prevails in the event of any inconsistency between the two versions. For all other consumers, the English version prevails.
