How it works

1. Earn points by shopping.
   Every dollar you spend earns 1 point, added to your account automatically when your order is paid. No card, no sign-up — just your store account.
2. Level up to earn faster.
   Tiers are based on points earned in the current calendar year:

   Scent Starter	0–249 pts/yr	1×
   Scent Curator	250+ pts/yr	1.5×
   Scent Connoisseur	600+ pts/yr	2×

3. Trade points for money off.
   Right on this page, redeem in multiples of 100: every 100 points becomes $5 of credit added to a gift card on your account. Enter the code at checkout. It stacks with a promo code, and any leftover balance carries to your next order.
4. Refer a friend.
   Your friend gets $10 off their first order of $40+. You earn 250 points on their first order. Log in to get your personal code.
5. Leave a review.
   Every verified review you leave earns 20 loyalty points, whatever rating you give.

If an order is refunded, the points it earned are removed proportionally.
