If you are writing about an order, send us these and we can usually solve it in one reply:

Your order number
Photos of the item, its label, and the packaging, if something arrived wrong or damaged
A short description of the problem

Contacting us first is the fastest way to sort out any issue. Our timelines are shorter than a payment dispute, and we would rather just fix it.

Common questions we can answer

Which size or scent to pick. Tell us what you already wear and we will point you somewhere sensible.
Collaborations and press. Same address, just say so in the subject line.

Orders and delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched within one to three business days.
Everything ships tracked. You get a tracking number every time.
In Regina, hand delivery is free on orders of $25 or more.
Need to cancel? Email us with your order number before it ships and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Returns and problems

Fragrance is a flammable liquid and cannot be mailed back through ordinary consumer post, so our claims process is photo based. In most cases we will not ask you to send anything back. Full detail is in our returns and refunds policy and our shipping policy.
