Atelier Elemental is a fragrance decant shop in Regina, Saskatchewan. We buy full, authentic bottles, pour them by hand into fresh glass atomizers, and ship them across Canada. Nothing is diluted, mixed, or substituted. The liquid in your vial is the same liquid that was in the bottle.
What we actually sell
Decants in 2 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml and 30 ml, plus comparison sets that put an original and its closest alternatives side by side so you can judge them on your own skin instead of taking someone's word for it.
Fragrance is expensive to guess at. A bottle that dazzles on a paper strip can wear completely differently on you over eight hours. Decants let you live with a scent properly before you commit to a full bottle.
Where the fragrance comes from
- Authentic bottles, bought new and sealed. We purchase from authorized retailers and reputable distributors. We do not buy used bottles for stock.
- Batch codes stay on file. Ask us about any product and we will tell you what we have on record for it.
- Poured by hand, one bottle at a time. Sterile tools, measured pours, and we fill slightly over the volume you paid for so you never come up short. The full method is on our process page.
Shipping it legally
Perfume is a flammable liquid, classified UN1266, Class 3 dangerous goods. That is not a technicality we invented. It governs how fragrance is allowed to move through the mail.
- Every order ships as a tracked surface parcel under Limited Quantity dangerous goods handling.
- Never untracked lettermail. Never air. Both are cheaper. Both are the wrong way to move a flammable liquid.
- Free shipping across the provinces on orders over $75, a $12.99 flat rate under that, and free hand delivery in Regina on orders over $25.
