Can I Return a Decant If I Don't Like the Scent?

No, not once it's been opened. A decant is a personal-care product, and for health and hygiene reasons an opened or used vial can't be restocked or resold, even if the scent just wasn't for you. An unopened decant with the seal intact is a different story.

Why the rule exists

Once a spray atomizer has been used, there's no way to verify it hasn't touched skin, so it can't go back into stock for someone else. That's true industry-wide for opened personal-care items, not a policy we invented to be difficult. It's also why picking carefully upfront, rather than returning your way out of a wrong choice, is the better bet with fragrance.

Frequently asked questions

Can I return a decant if the scent isn't for me?

Not once it's opened. Scent is subjective, and we'd rather you review what a fragrance actually smells like before ordering than count on returning it after.

What can I return, then?

A decant that's unopened, unused, with its seal intact. Contact us before sending anything back.

What if my order is wrong, damaged, or doesn't match the listing?

That's covered, opened or not. See what to do if your order arrives damaged or a vial leaks.

How do I lower the odds of picking wrong in the first place?

Start smaller. A beginner set across a few scent profiles tells you more than one full-size bottle, and our guide to testing perfume properly covers how to judge a fragrance on your own skin before committing to a bigger size. Full terms for what can and can't be returned are in our refund policy.
