The Scent
The original milky gourmand that launched a thousand dupes, including the Lattafa Eclaire also carried here. Caramel opens things up, then coumarin and honey move in, resting on a soft base of vanilla and white musk. The brand describes it as being wrapped in a cloud of vanilla, milk, and honey, and that's exactly how it wears. Sweet, creamy, and comforting without going heavy, a cozy scent for cool days and evenings.
Worth Knowing
Fragrantica has called it one of the brand's genuine bestsellers, and it's easy to see why once you smell it. It's also the fragrance that so many affordable gourmand dupes on the market are chasing, which says a lot about how well loved the original is.
Where It Came From
Released by Giardini di Toscana, an Italian niche house built on family perfumery tradition passed down since the 1940s.
About Giardini di Toscana
The story starts in 1942, in the small Tuscan village of Bibbiena, where a trained pharmacist and his wife opened a modest shop selling fragrances and ointments. Their daughter took the business over in the 1960s and grew it into a proper boutique, and the family tradition has carried on for four generations since. Today the house is led by Silvia Martinelli, who blends her grandfather's original formulas with a more modern, artistic style of perfumery.
