The Scent

A boozy cognac and cinnamon opening with dark plum behind it, then iris and myrrh give it a dry, slightly powdery middle before sandalwood, vanilla and tonka round it off. Dense and warm, made for cold weather and evenings. Being an extrait, it wears heavier than the eau de parfum versions of this idea.

Worth Knowing

Worth knowing if you already own our Fragrance World Cocktail Intense: the two share most of a note list and come from the same parent company, and whether they actually smell the same is an argument the clone community has never settled. People who own both report a real difference, with the cinnamon here reading richer and this one lasting longer. Close relatives rather than the same fragrance.
