The Scent

Vanilla infusion opens alongside herbal lavender, warm cacao, and a spark of ginger, then concentrated vanilla caviar and vanilla absolute carry the rest of the wear. Perfumer Amandine Clerc-Marie built this around three separate vanilla extractions instead of one, giving it a polished, nutty, almost milky character rather than straightforward candy sweetness. It reads more restrained than most gourmands, closer to a confidence scent than a dessert.

Worth Knowing

Reviewers agree the scent itself is a strength, and performance is the catch: longevity and sillage are reported as inconsistent, ranging from all-day wear to fading fast, with some buyers describing newer-batch bottles as weaker than earlier stock. Reapply if you want it to last. Lattafa Angham is the most consistently cited budget comparison, described as sweeter and more open than Goddess.

Where It Came From

Launched July 31, 2023, fronted by Emma Mackey, and marketed by Burberry around "confidence, strength and kindness." It was also the first refillable fragrance in Burberry's history.

About Burberry
