5 stars to Burberry Goddess! It delivers exactly what I love: pure, unadulterated sweetness. While it is marketed as an aromatic vanilla-lavender blend, my nose bypasses the herbal elements completely. On my skin, I barely detect the lavender at all. Instead, it immediately transforms into a rich, comforting, candy-like vanilla cloud.
The sweetness doesn't smell cheap or synthetic. The "vanilla caviar" note gives it a lush, thick, and almost edible quality. It smells incredibly cozy and indulgent, like gourmet vanilla sugar rather than a harsh, sugary body spray. Delicious and romantic. It is one of my new favourite fragrances!
