The Scent

Bergamot, pear, and litchi open soft and fruity, close to the original Delina’s opening but a touch riper. Turkish rose takes over the middle, with oud and incense right behind it, turning the fruit into something heavier and more solemn than the original’s lighter rose. The base is where the two Delinas really part ways: vanilla, amber, and vetiver build a warm, resinous cushion, with woody notes and musk deepening it further, reading as evening wear rather than everyday. Denser, warmer, and more serious than the original, without losing the rose at its center.

Worth Knowing

Exclusif is the Les Exclusifs line’s reworking of Delina into a full Parfum concentration, built to be a heavier, longer-lasting counterpart to the original Eau de Parfum rather than a separate composition. We also carry the original Delina (a different, lighter fragrance) so don’t mix the two up when ordering.

Released in 2018, a year after the original, Exclusif joined Parfums de Marly’s Les Exclusifs line as the richer, more intense edition of the brand’s best-known women’s release.

Julien Sprecher founded Parfums de Marly in 2009, drawing on his family's deep roots in the perfume industry and his own fascination with 18th century France. The name comes from Château de Marly, a retreat built for King Louis XIV; the brand celebrates the 18th-century court of Louis XV, famous for its love of fragrance. The brand's logo features the Chevaux de Marly, the famous horse sculptures from the chateau grounds, tying the whole collection back to that era of French elegance.
