The Scent

Smoky oud and incense fused with a dark rose, a tart thread of raspberry, and saffron warmth, all sitting on birch and a resinous benzoin-amber base. It smells like a desert night by a fire: dense, sweet-smoky, faintly animalic, and unmistakable from the first minute. There is no quiet phase; the drydown is a slow, resinous ember that people who hated the opening often end up loving.
