Angels' Share, the fragrance behind it, takes its name from la part des anges, the portion of cognac that evaporates from oak barrels during aging. It was released in 2020 as part of By Kilian's The Liquors collection, fitting for a house founded by Kilian Hennessy, an eighth-generation heir to the Hennessy cognac family.
