Earning points
- 1 point for every $1 you spend on products (after discounts, before shipping and taxes).
- Points are added automatically the moment your order is paid — nothing to scan, click, or remember.
- You must be logged into your account when you order. Guest checkouts don't earn points.
- After each paid order, we'll email you what you earned and your updated balance.
Member tiers
The more you order in a calendar year, the faster you earn. Your tier is based on the points you've earned since January 1 of the current year.

Redeeming points
- 100 points = $5 off a future order. Redeem in multiples of 100.

- Redeeming instantly creates a single-use discount code tied to your account — enter it at checkout like any other code.

- Your points balance never expires.
- Tiers reset each January 1 — a fresh year, a fresh climb.
- Points have no cash value and can't be transferred. We may adjust the program over time.
