We sell decants because trying before buying is the smart way to shop fragrance. But when a decant turns into love, you should not have to gamble on marketplace listings to get the bottle. We source full, sealed bottles on request.
How it works
- Tell us what you want. Email support@atelierelemental.ca with the fragrance, concentration, and size. Any brand we stock, and most we do not.
- We quote within 24 hours. A firm price in Canadian dollars, taxes included, no surprises at checkout. Quotes stay valid for 48 hours because supplier pricing moves.
- You pay, we order. Your bottle is purchased against your paid order. We never sell bottles we hope to find later.
- It arrives in 1 to 3 weeks. Free hand delivery in Regina. Everywhere else in Canada it ships ground, packed to the same dangerous goods standard as everything we send.
What you get that a marketplace will not give you
- Batch code verification. We photograph and check the batch code on every sourced bottle before it reaches you. Counterfeits chase hyped fragrances; verification is how you beat them.
- Sealed and untouched. Full bottles arrive factory sealed. We open nothing.
- A real store behind the sale. A receipt, a tax invoice, and a person in Regina who answers email.
The rules, stated plainly
- Special orders are final sale once your bottle is purchased.
- Our quote is usually below Canadian boutique retail. When we cannot beat retail by enough to matter, we say so and you decide.
- Lead times are our best estimates, not promises. If sourcing falls through entirely, you get a full refund, not a substitute.
- We do not source brands we consider legally or ethically off limits for resale, and we do not source from suppliers we cannot verify.
